Business Benefits of a Custom Vehicle Wrap

Every business owner knows the crucial benefits that a good advertising strategy can provide. A dynamic way to increase these benefits and add a powerful advertising tool to your business’s arsenal is through vehicle wraps. In this post, we’ll guide you through what these tools are and exactly how they boost your business.

What is a Vehicle Wrap?

Vehicle wraps, alternatively called car wraps or truck wraps, are large-scale custom signs often made of vinyl. These vinyl wraps are digitally printed, meaning they allow for high flexibility for lettering, graphics, and designs, allowing for a fantastic mobile advertising opportunity with several benefits as outlined below.

Spreading the Word

Vehicle wraps are memorable ways to effectively capture the attention of your target market. Even more, because you company vehicles are highly mobile, it ensures that even those outside of your market see the advertisement. This is especially helpful for service-based businesses whose market is not constant, but a flowing demographic based on arising needs.

Wrap graphics are highly effective advertising tools for companies of any size, including smaller niche-driven companies as well. Additionally, with the current marketing focus leaning toward online and social media marketing, a vehicle wrap is a unique way to make your business stand out while ensuring it is seen and remembered by those in your area.

Brand Value and Reputation

Whether you operate a small business with a company car, a mid-size business with a large truck, or a large-scale business that operates a fleet, there’s a vehicle wrap to suit your needs. With a wrap, you can promote your company’s branding while stylishly building a solid reputation on a daily and mobile basis.

As wrapped company vehicles catch the eye of target markets, your car, truck, or fleet graphics will become a well-known and highly-perceived professional presence in your area. This builds trust and familiarity for your company’s reputation, and in-turn adds brand value to your organization.

High Return on Investment

The extremely low cost of vehicle wraps paired with their raw advertising and brand-building power enables a surprisingly high return on investment. To put this in perspective, many large-scale business wraps can be purchased for a price similar to a month-long billboard advertisement.

The difference? While a billboard lasts a month and is limited to one zone for advertising, your vehicle wrap can last up to five years and has unlimited 24/7 potential for reaching several advertising areas.

At Sequoia Signs and Graphics, we provide dynamic and affordable options for custom vehicle wraps as well as unmatched customer satisfaction. Contact us today, and let’s give your business some serious advertising power.

Mom’s Apple Pie

A little cliche, but this is Mom’s apple pie.  I know it is somewhat out-of-season.  I intended to post this in November but hey- can you ever go wrong with apple pie?

6-8 Apples- you choose your flavor
Zest of 1 lemon
White sugar (1/2 cup or so)
Brown sugar (1/2 cup or so)
Cinnamon
lemon Juice (from the lemon you zested)
Butter
Pie crust (it’s ok to buy these)

Place first pie crust in pie tin.  Cut apples into 1″ cubes.  I leave the skin on but you can remove if you like.  Add to a large mixing bowl with the lemon zest & juice, sugar and some cinnamon (I’m aggressive but to your taste)

Pour this mixture into the pie crust.  Pile it high as the apples will shrink dramatically.  Add small bits of butter all around the apples- you can’t go wrong, maybe a tablespoon?

Next cover with the second pie crust, crimp edges and moisten top slightly then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.  Cut vents as you like.

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes then turn down to 375 for 30-40 minutes.  Sometimes I will put foil on the top if it browns too much.

Enjoy!

Office Signs for Your Business

When it comes to signage, many business owners focus on implementing attention-getting outdoor signs, leaving crucial in-office signage as a second thought. However, there are several benefits of office signs and many opportunities to incorporate signs throughout your office.

Businesses should always ensure they never miss an opportunity to include signage in their office, no matter how small. This guide will take you through the many benefits and ways to utilize office signs as outlined below.

Types of In-Office Signage

Even small offices do well to incorporate basic and functional signage. These not only make a space look much more professional, but also serve as important and functional tools as well. Examples of office signs are as follows:

  • Restroom Signs or Bathroom Signs
  • Office Door Signs
  • Desk Signs
  • Individual Room Signs
  • Lounge Signs
  • Elevator Signs
  • Achievement Plaques
  • Lobby Signs

Custom signs are crucial and should never be overlooked. They help workers as well as visitors to your office identify where the restrooms or elevators are, which desk or office belongs to whom, and where to find meeting and lounge rooms. They also assist with wayfinding, so visitors and employees alike can easily navigate the office. A fun way to incorporate these signs is by featuring achievements and highlights of the company and its employees and showcasing them to bring style and motivation to any office.

Custom Sign Material Options

Basic office signs can feature lettering on banners, decals, acrylic bases, or on engraved metal plaques. The latter also allows the office to stay compliant with the ADA, or Americans With Disabilities Act, by incorporating ADA braille signs. Braille is a way to promote inclusivity and serve as highly important tools for the vision-impaired.

Benefits of In-Office Signs

There are several benefits of office signage from decals to engraved signs and all others in between. As mentioned above, some benefits include location marking, wayfinding, and staying ADA compliant while ensuring ease of use using braille.

Additionally, in-office signs don’t have to be solely functional. A dynamic vinyl or acrylic sign featuring customized and professional lettering and graphics can also spruce up a lobby, meeting room, or lounge. This adds atmosphere, ambiance, and brings a professionally aesthetic touch to your office space.
